Formed as a Native American 501C3 in 2020, BLBS vision is to provide affordable homes, through new, repurposed and HEMP materials, small home reapair and maintenance for the Klamath Trinity region, by training local residents in the Construction Trades and through parntereship
BLBS is led by Journeyman Carpenter Frank Richards, a member of the Hoopa Valley Tribe. Frank is the CEO and lead instructor providing classroom and hands on training. BLBS partners with local businesses throughout Humboldt County, Community Colleges, and local Native American tribes.
